The creators of Student of the Year 2 have discharged the main melody from the film – a repeated rendition of the Kishore Kumar number Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. The retreaded form of the Randhir Kapoor–Jaya Bhaduri nee Bachchan tune has been picturised on Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria, Ananya Panday and Aditya Seal as a feature of their execution at a school rivalry. The lead cast can be seen scoring to the hit move number being alluded as The Jawani Song.
The repeated rendition has been created by music chief team Vishal-Shekhar and arranged by Remo D’Souza. While Kishore’s vocals have been held from the first, Vishal Dadlani have likewise contributed extra verses to the tune.
Discussing why he selected to repeat the melody, executive Punit Malhotra told DNA in a meeting, “We had this circumstance, of a move rivalry and were pondering what sort of track to pick for it. The main Student Of The Year (2012) had Disco Deewane (a reproduced adaptation of Nazia and Zoheb Hassan’s 1981 chartbuster). In this way, we chose to take on an old tune. Additionally, the circumstance in this film is comparative. That is the reason we thought it was ideal to prop the good karma up.”
He included, “The manner in which Tiger moves is stunning. Ananya, Tara and Aditya also have performed well, making it a decent challenge number. We had a fabulous time shooting the tune, it’s young, crisp and looks astounding.”
The film denotes the Bollywood presentation of Tara and Chunky Panday’s little girl Ananya. Made under the flag of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film is the continuation of the hit 2012 film Student of the Year that denoted the introduction of Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan. It is set to hit theaters on May 10.
